TVS Built To Order (BTO) program brings customization enhancements to the Apache RR 310
TVS Motor Company has announced that the recently launched 2021 Apache RR 310 (BTO) built-to-order (BTO) is completely sold out for the first month. At the time of launch, the manufacturer had indicated that orders for the BTO range would be limited to 100 units per month, while TVS would increase it to 150 units for the period of September and October 2021, due to the festive demand. The company has now said it received 100% for September and order books will now start from October 1, 2021.

The TVS BTO platform allows customers to personalize and personalize their two-wheelers during a purchase. It will be built directly at the factory according to their requirements. Customers can place an order on the TVS ‘Built To Order’ platform through the TVS ARIVE app or by using the website configurator.
The announcement shows the huge response from the Built To Order program taking a giant leap in making performance accessible to buyers. While the bike itself doesn’t go through too many changes, the bike does come with performance kits – Dynamic and Race – which include fully adjustable suspension, a racing kit, and even new racing replica graphics.
The dynamic kit brings a fully adjustable suspension setup with KYB front forks that achieve 20-step compression and rebound damping, as well as 15mm preload adjustment. The rear monoshock also benefits from 20-step rebound damping and a 10-step preload adjuster. The Dynamic kit also adds a brass coated chain which resists rust and provides more durability.
The Race Kit makes the new TVS Apache RR 310 more user-friendly on the track. The kit includes a new clip-on handlebars placed 8 degrees lower than before and moved 5 degrees towards the rider. There are also knurled footrests, which have been raised by 30mm. TVS says this results in an increase of 4.5 degrees in the lean angle of the motorcycle.
