The Hero Maestro Edge 125 also gets new colors

Hero MotoCorp is looking to spruce up its 125 cc models in India. Recently, it launched an updated model of Glamor, called Glamor Xtec, which benefits from many new features, including Bluetooth connectivity. Today, the company has followed suit by introducing the updated Hero Maestro Edge 125, which boasts Bluetooth connectivity and a new aesthetic in the form of two new colors, Prismatic Yellow and Prismatic Purple. The 125 cc scooter now features an LED spotlight, fully digital instrument console, turn-by-turn navigation and call alerts. The Maestro Edge 125 is priced at ₹ 72,250 for the drum variant, 76,500 for the disc variant and 79,750 for the connected variant. All prices are ex-Showroom, Delhi.

Hero says the sleek new LED headlamp offers dual light intensity with a wider and farther spread for better visibility on the road. On the design side, the Maestro Edge 125 is now adorned with two-tone sporty stripes and hidden indicators. The new digital speedometer displays a bunch of information like missed call alert, turn-by-turn navigation, real-time mileage indicator, low fuel indicator, and more. Hero Connect technology comes standard and offers features such as rollover alert, theft alert, find my parking lot, track my vehicle, trip analysis and more.

The Maestro Edge 125 continues to be equipped with the 124.6 cc BS6-compliant programmed fuel injection engine with “XSens Technology”. The engine develops 9 hp at 7,000 rpm and maximum torque is 10.4 Nm at 5,500 rpm. It faces the TVS NTorq 125, Suzuki Access 125, Honda Grazia 125 and Aprilia SXR 125.
