Edo State Deputy Governor Philip Shaibu said the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has the capacity to produce a successor to President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

Shaibu made the statement in Oyo on Saturday during the ongoing parish convention.

The chairman of the committee set up by PDP headquarters to conduct the exercise said that what the PDP needs to do is “strengthen the organization”.
