Police say Thompson was taken Friday afternoon by Harmon from West 21st Street in Chester. Police say they are boyfriend and girlfriend, but the concern has been that Harmon is the suspect in a murder that took place earlier this week. It is believed that the kidnapping was related to that murder.
Chester Police Department has an active arrest warrant for Dehmier Edward Harmon, for the murder of Leon Culbreath that occurred on August 3, 2022 in the 2100 block area of Edgmont Avenue.
