Switzerland must shed its fear of EU proceedings – they are not the last judgement
In the EU, cross-border wage protection is under pressure. This is shown by the infringement proceedings against 24 member states. This also has consequences for Switzerland

Cross-border wage protection is also an issue in the EU. The EU Commission complains that two-thirds of the EU countries have exaggerated control measures and wage protection hurdles, which they see as an obstacle to the freedom to provide services.
