PHILADELPHIA (TUSEN) — A top Philadelphia election official, Lisa Deeley, will testify before a House subcommittee on Wednesday afternoon regarding misinformation and damage to American democracy. Deeley is chairman of the three-member commission that oversees elections in the city.
In 2020, former President Trump falsely claimed there had been widespread voter fraud in Philadelphia as the vote was being counted.
